Sad! Man receives son's award after he was murdered three days to his graduation ceremony.

Richard Collins 11 was just about to graduate from Bowie University  when he was killed during a visit to University of Maryland in what has been suspected to be a hate crime.

The 23-year old Bowie student was stabbed and died in the hospital three days before his graduation. His father was presented at the ceremony to take home his award amidst tears.
A moment of silence was observed at the ceremony for the late business major and US Army Lieutenant. In his father's words "I am yet to come to terms with the real motive behind my son’s murder. I feel pain and immense sense of loss. I am currently in no position to get emotions beyond just being sad,”
May his soul Rest In Perfect Peace.
