Senate rejects Buhari request for $30 billion loan

The senate turned down President's Muhammadu Buhari's request to externally source the sum of $30 billion in loan. The president put forward the request as a means of funding profects slated for 2016-2018.
the Senate rejected the request without any deliberation during the plenary on Tuesday.
