The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Monday, 3rd of October a public holiday. This is to mark the 56th independence anniversary of the nation. The honorable Minister for Interior LT. Gen Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau rtd. who made the declaration on behalf of federal government, dished out congratulatory messages to Nigerians urging them to remain steadfast and support the government in the struggle towards better Nigeria.
