IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu granted bail with conditions.

Biafran leader, Nnamdi Kanu has been granted bail on health grounds after a court session on April, 25. The presiding judge, Binta Nyako granted bail to Kanu alone leaving the other three men facing trial alongside Kanu behind.

Kanu's lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, has denied reports that Kanu rejected bail because his assistants were not granted bail. He also made it clear that any government attempt to flout court orders of bail shall be vehemently resisted and will see them opt out of the trial.
