Kemi Olunloyo remanded in prison as magistrate's absence hinders bail hearing.

Journalist and blogger, Kemi Olunloyo has been remanded in prison ever since she was picked up from her home.
Her hearing which was slated for Thursday in Port harcourt did not hold as Magistrate Alatuwo Fubara of the Magistrate Court was absent. Contrary to initial stories that Kemi was picked up on the orders of Olusegun Obasanjo due to some ugly remarks she made about him, Kemi is being accused of publishing materials believed to have defamed the CEO of salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt.

The magistrate was said to have been unable to come to the court due to ill health.
The duo’s lawyers and counsel for Salvation Ministries were present at court. Others at the court were journalists and bloggers, who came to cover the hearing and also show solidarity to their colleagues.
Olunloyo, who was arrested in Ibadan was apprehended in Port Harcourt and remanded at the Port Harcourt Prison.
Why is her ex-governor dad not coming forward to help her?
