FLOTUS, Melanie Trump relaunches suit against the publishers of Daily Mail Online.

Ex-model and Wife of the President of the United States, Melanie Trump, has relaunched the suit against the publishers of Daily Mail Online for reporting that she, Melanie, worked as an escort in the 90's before she met her would-be husband, Trump.

Melanie has also recently settled a case against blogger, Webster G. Tarpley also made the escort claims. Both suits were initially filed in Maryland in September but the complaints were rejected based on the court not having geographical jurisdiction on the matter which would need to be heard in New York. Trump's lawyers are asking for damages to the tune of $150 million.
Daily mail already issued a retraction of the August 20 article stating that "it did not intend to state or suggest that these allegations are true, nor did it intend to state or suggest that Mrs. Trump ever worked as an ‘escort’ or in the ‘sex business.'”
Mrs. Trump has also settled her case against blogger Webster G. Tarpley in which Tarpley is said to have agreed to pay the first lady a substantial sum for making claims that Melanie work as an high-end escort.
“I posted an article on August 2, 2016 about Melania Trump that was replete with false and defamatory statements about her,” Tarpley said.
“I acknowledge that these false statements were very harmful and hurtful to Mrs Trump and her family, and therefore I sincerely apologize to Mrs Trump, her son, her husband and her parents for making these false statements,” he said.
