New Ponzi scheme emerges in Nigeria NNN

Just as Nigerians  remain in panic as to the fate of their monies stuck in MMM Ponzi scheme, another scheme reared up online promising mouth watering returns on investment.

This new scheme seems to be pulling quite a good number of Nigerians into it's fold. Just like MMM, the website warns prospective participants of the risks involved in the scheme. It reads thus;"NNN is not a bank, NNN does not collect your money, NNN is not an online business, HYIP, onvestment or MLM programme. NNN is a community where you help each other NNN gives you a technical platform which helps millions of participants worldwide to connect those who NEED help to those who are ready to PROVIDE help, for FREE,”This new scheme promises 35% returns in three weeks and up to 50% for subscribers. Video clips of participants sharing testimonies of help they got have been uploaded on the website. On Friday, in Kaduna, Mr Umaru Ibrahim of the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) still warned Nigerians to be wary of such money-doubling schemes without official guarantees or indemnity.
