Youths of a vigilante group in Maiduguri foiled an attack by two female suicide bombers at Kasuwa Shanu cattle market, Maiduguri.
The girls were held at gunpoint from a distance and ordered to take of the explosive devices strapped to their bodies. The bombs went off as they took them off killing one of the girls instantly. The other girl was lynched by angry onlookers. Security has been beefed up in the area. This is coming after President Buhari declared the end of Boko Haram activities with the capture of Sambisa forest.
