A man named Timothy Yawson has been arrested by the Ghana Police for posing as a lawyer. Timothy was busted while he was defending a client in a civil case at Weija Circuit Court.
He had been working as a lawyer since 2016 for a couple of law firms and will be put before a court on Tuesday. The suspect failed to produce his law certificate on demand and could not state the year he was called to bar.
