It is indeed a well known fact that President Buhari has been away in London on medical grounds for well over two months with not much communication with the Nigerian People. CNN yesterday took a swipe at the situation in their GPS challenge where they inquired who the head of state was that has not set foot in his homeland for over two months.
News reaching Ifeoma's blog states that the president is currently suffering from an ear and throat extensive infection which might be 'cancerous' although he is slowly responding to treatment. The Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha and his newly married deputy, Prince Eze Madumere are currently in the Uk on a training and have used the opportunity to pay the ailing president a visit.
The President who is on a slow recovery process is presently able to receive and speak with his guests but has declined making a public statement.
