Mother of two commits suicide due to MMM crash

Sad.....The body of a young woman was recovered from the River Benue early this month.
It is believed that she committed suicide due to the money she lost in the recently crashed MMM scheme.  In December 2016, Mrs Gloria Samson who lived with her husband and two young sons in Makurdi borrowed the sum of four hundred thousand from several micro finance banks which she invested in popular ponzi scheme, MMM. Few days after making the investment, the scheme froze preventing any form of withdrawal.
On December 28, Mrs. Gloria was said to have left her home to the River Benue after asking for forgiveness from her two little sons. She also told the boys to help her beg their Dad for forgiveness. Gloria's body was recovered from River Benue by policemen who were alerted when she went missing.
Gloria's husband,  Mr. David Samson said he was aware his wife borrowed money but he had no idea what she did with it. According to David, his wife never told him of her intentions to take a loan, he only discovered after she had secured the loan.
Neighbours confirmed that the late Gloria became progressively withdrawn, moody and sad as the days went by after MMM froze. According to a particular unnamed neighbour, Gloria withdrew into her shell and not long after, her body was found in the river. Gloria was buried on January 20.
