Nigerian Police men raid the Abuja home of former first lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan.

On wednesday, Operatives of the Nigerian police force raided the home of Dame Patience Jonathan
in Igbeti Rock, Maitama, Abuja following a tip-off that some huge amount of hard currencies were stashed up in the building. The monies were allegedly stolen government funds that were not deposited in bank accounts to avoid traces.
The raid team was headed by Retired Assistant Inspector general Ali Amodu. It is alleged that Patience Jonathan had immediate plans of moving the money out of the country.
No money was found in the duplex at the time of the raid.
