At about 6:30pm on Thursday, residents of Machina Area of Jigawa State were astonished to find a beautiful three month old baby abandoned at an uncompleted building close to a graveyard.
The baby was said to be crying seriously as the sound of her cry led the residents to where she was lying lonely. Passersby immediately alerted the police at a near by police station. The baby was handed over to the police men who took her to the hospital for checkup and possible treatment.
The baby is said to be currently receiving medical care at the Hizba Teachers' hospital.
