A Houston named Laquita Lewis, aged 34, has been charged with capital murder for gruesomely stabbing her female child to death. The little girl was found murdered in the apartment following injuries from several stabs on Sunday.
Laquita allegedly fled the apartment and got into a crash after the murder. Whilst in the hospital, she texted her boyfriend and aunt saying her daughter, Fredricka has died and is in heaven. During investigations, she opened up that she stabbed the victim severally in the chest.
Laquita's motive for killing her daughter is still unclear as at press time.
