It is alleged that the 48-year-old man in the photo refused to show his identification papers to the ticket inspectors on a Deutsche Bahn German train and was brutally thrown off the train. It is reported that the man did not have a valid ticket to show the checkers when they came up to him. This attracted a fine of 68 euros for not having a correct ticket.
The man allegedly refused to pay the fine claiming he had no such money on him but his food. When asked to leave the train, he also refused, prompting the officials to forcefully eject him from the train.
The manner he was dragged out of the train was extremely brutal and he was held to the hard floor by the inspectors after being dragged out of the train. The video was filmed by another female passenger in the train who kept telling them that what they were doing was quite wrong and he didn't deserve such treatment if not that he is black.
“It’s absolutely not okay what you’re doing; that guy didn’t do anything to you. You should be ashamed of yourself, this is racism what you’re doing.
Why are you doing this? He paid for his ticket.”
The man was forced to the ground and could be heard in the video saying "I'm dying, Im dying you will tel me what i have done wrong, we are going to the police station"
