Brilliant and crafty billionaire kidnapper, Evans was rounded up by men of the Nigerian Police Force in one of his palatial homes in Magodo, Lagos State. Before his arrest, kidnapper led the lifestyle of a billionaire with huge mansions in Nigeria and abroad worth over N300,000,000. See pictures of his mansions built on other people's sweat below:
Evans also had three phones that cost about $6000 each, timepieces worth over $200,000, two houses in Magodo and one in Ghana where his wife and five children currently reside. Following a tip-off, the police traced Evans to one of his homes where the he reportedly ran to the roof of his house heading for an emergency exit to avoid arrest.
It was gathered that four AK47 rifles and over 50 magazines were recovered from his residence. Evans is said to be the richest and most brilliant kidnapper in Nigerian history. Evans confessed to have been in the kidnapping business for over 10 years and sent his wife and kids to Ghana when security operatives were closing down on him. The suspect is currently being investigated by the police.
* The State should liquidate his properties and refund monies back to the families he extorted from!
