A heavy down-pour has left part of the Niger bridge completely inaccessible. The area affected links Lagos and Niger State around Gidan Mai Village, along Makwa-Makera highway in Niger state. Travelers have been left stranded on either side of the bridge and FRSC officials are currently on ground to ease the traffic which is currently at a standstill.
