Twenty-eight Africans were found dead in an overloaded wooden boat off the coast of Libya on Tuesday. They allegedly died of suffocation in course of the perilous journey to Europe via sea in an extremely overloaded wooden boat.
About 4655 migrants were rescued on Tuesday bringing the figures to a total of 10,465 immigrants that have been rescued from sea this week. These migrants are mostly Africans who flee their countries in search of a better life in Europe.
