Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udo Udoma flops badly at Economic Summit

In the 22nd economic summit held recently, the Minister for Budget and National Planning, Senator Udo Udoma, spoke plenty grammar but could not say what amount of money Nigeria as a country owed. CNN's Zainab Asher thrashed him with questions about Nigeria's debt and the Oga kept beating about the bush.
