Panic spreads across Nigeria as SSS raids homes of Judges.

The Judicial arm of the Nigerian Government is in panic as officials of the state security service have begun an overnight raid of their homes. The raids are based on claims of corrupt practices and biased judgement on the part of the Judges.
It is alleged that the executive arm of government has been very unsatisfied with the manner with which the judiciary has implemented justice to erring government officials thereby thwarting government efforts to curb corruption.
On then night of October 7, the official quarters of Walter Onoghen of the supreme court was raided. Also, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, Justice Ademola and Justice Nnamdi Dimgba had their homes raided last night.
Muazu Pondighi of Gombe State who served on the election tribunal in Rivers State was also reportedly arrested.  Justice Dimgba gave a ruling recently against the continued detention of Retired Air Comrade Mohammed Umar and this might just be the bone of contention between the Judge and the presidency. Umar was arrested for alleged fraud, and possession of illegal fire arms.
Governor Wike of Rivers State was reportedly assaulted by the DSS. During the assault, the governor was pushed and injured and the armed men cocked their rifles and threatened to shoot him.

Military rule it is ni!
