Former Minister of Defence, Senator Musliu Obanikoro has presented himself to the EFCC and is currently undergoing interrogations. Obanikoro was accused of diverting N 7.5 billion meant for arms procurement to a personal company Sylvan Mcnamara. Two of his sons, Babajide and Gbolahan Obanikoro have also been linked to the said company.
Obanikoro who has been outside the country for over a year is expected to spend some days in the EFCC headquarters in Abuja.
