The YBNLCONERTUK held on October 9, at 45, Caroline street London (apollo) didn't go as planned as the organizers did a bad job with general organisation, selecting a venue large enough for the amount of tickets they sold and crowd control. Key performers for the night, Olamide, Lil kesh and Adekunle Gold were very much available from the start of the show and took to the stage to thrill the crowd. More people than what the hall could contain turned up. This got the hall jam-packed with an angry crowd outside still struggling to get in. With the venue filled to the brim, and a pushing crowd at the door, security had no choice but to forcefully shut the doors against the frustrated queue. Some individuals started smoking and fighting right in the hall; an act that is highly prohibited in the UK.
There were major issues with poor time management and organizers couldn't meet up with the 11pm end of show time stipulated by the APOLLO management. This led to an abrupt end of the show when major act, Olamide, hadn't performed fully. Coupled with the fights that broke out at the standard and VIP section of the hall, security demanded that the show be stopped immediately and everyone should leave. Thus Olamide, who was already on stage at the time couldn't go on to perform his hit track the crowd was dying to hear "who u epp". Fans have taken to their snapchat. IG and twitter pages to express their anger and disappointment.
